Proposed By Laws Change Article 6 Section 1

In order to alter, amend or revise the Constitution or By Law, the alteration, amendment or revision has to be submitted to the Secretary of this Association on or before the spring meeting. The Secretary shall notify all members of the proposed changes at last 30 days in advance of the summer meeting. A two-thirds yes vote of the members present during the summer meeting shall be necessary for the adoption of each change

Change:

In order to alter, amend or revise the Constitution or By Law, the alteration, amendment or revision has to be submitted to the bylaws committee in written form and signed or electronically submitted with a name. The committee will review the bylaws and forward their recommendations to the secretary of this Association. Bylaws can be amended at any meeting except the conference. The committee must send the recommendations to the secretary of this Association and the secretary must notify the membership electronically a minimum of 30 days prior to the meeting with the change. A two-thirds yes vote of the members present during the the meeting shall be necessary for the adoption of each change
